For all international orders, you will need to pay for all import taxes, duties and tariffs (if any) as per your country’s governing laws in order to clear customs.
Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders once your order is confirmed. Therefore, please ensure you provide the correct shipping address.
We will ship your order as soon as possible, usually within 2-3 days. Delivery times vary according to your location but the average delivery time is 3 to 4 working days. We cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to the carrier, but we will do our utmost to resolve any problems that may arise during delivery.
The prices displayed on our website are in £/$. If customs duties are applied by the carrier, they will be charged to you. Delivery charges, if any, will be added to the total amount of the order. Payment can be made by any of the methods accepted on our website, such as credit card, bank transfer or secure online payment services (PayPal/Stripe). Cheques are not accepted.

4. Return costs :
Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense, except in the event of an error on our part (for example, if we sent the wrong item). We recommend that you keep proof of shipment for any claims related to the return delivery.
5. Returns and exchanges
As part of our commitment to offering you items that fit, no refunds will be made. However, if you find a fault with the product, we will cover the cost of returning it to you. In addition, we will offer you a new product free of defects, possibly accompanied by a commercial gesture on your next order. This offer is subject to evaluation on a case-by-case basis. If you wish to return a product due to a size, color or model error on your part, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We will be happy to offer you the correct model, however, please note that shipping costs will be increased and also at your expense.
We do our utmost to ensure your satisfaction, but we remind you that personalized items cannot be refunded. We therefore recommend that you carefully check the size, color and model information before finalizing your order.

6. Exceptions :
